These terms apply to Lay Picks member access.
Member Access
Ultimate Membership renews monthly until cancelled in Stripe. After cancellation, paid access continues to the end of the current billing period. Existing free tester access remains valid until its current expiry date unless paused or ended for responsible-use, support, or operational reasons.
Research Software Only
Lay Picks provides research, race notes, manual tracking support, staking context, and read-only exchange price context. It does not place bets, submit exchange orders, or control any exchange account.
No Profit Guarantee
Selections, analysis, prices, strike rates, and results history are provided for transparency only. They do not guarantee future profit or remove the risk of loss.
Public Results Data Licence
Lay Picks retains all rights in its original public results record, commentary, presentation, and compilation. You may link to the public results pages and quote brief extracts with clear attribution to Lay Picks. Copying or redistributing the complete record, bulk extraction, resale, or use to create a competing results service requires prior written permission from Lay Picks.
User Responsibility
You are responsible for your own betting decisions, exchange accounts, staking choices, liability checks, and compliance with local laws. You must be 18 or over.
Responsible Use
Only use money you can afford to lose, never chase losses, and stop using betting products if they stop feeling controlled. Lay Picks may pause or close access where responsible-use concerns arise.
Member Chat
Member Chat is a private community space for active members. Choose an appropriate public display name, be respectful, keep personal and account details private, and do not present community messages as official Lay Picks selections. Member messages are personal opinions, not Lay Picks recommendations. Lay Picks may remove messages, resolve reports, mute posting, or end access where reasonably needed for safety, moderation, responsible use, or service operation.
